Espresso is the heartbeat of rebellion. Strong, unapologetic, and fast.

You’ll need:

  • Fresh Rebel Coffee (Burnout Fuel or Corporate Slayer)
  • Espresso machine or Moka pot
  • Grinder & tamper

The Ritual:

  • Grind fine (think powdered sugar texture).
  • Dose 18g in → extract 36g out in 25–30 seconds.
  • Look for rich crema and syrupy body.
  • Sip. Feel the noise.

🔥 Pro tip: If it tastes sour, grind finer. If it’s bitter, grind coarser. Dial it in like your favorite riff until it hits perfectly.*

For those who crave clarity, the V60 and pour-over method deliver balance and depth that’ll make your taste buds stand up and salute.

The pour-over isn’t polite. It’s precision in rebellion form. You control every drop, every second.

You’ll need:

  • Rebel Coffee (Monday’s Funeral works beautifully)
  • V60 or Kalita brewer, paper filter, kettle, scale

The Ritual:

  • Grind medium (like sea salt).
  • 15g coffee → 250g water at 93°C.
  • Bloom 30s with 40g water.
  • Pour in slow circles — finish by 2:30–3:00 min.
  • Let it cool slightly, then taste the rebellion in clarity.

You’ll need:

  • Rebel Coffee (Corporate Slayer or Burnout Fuel)
  • French Press
  • Hot water (around 94°C)

The Ritual:

  1. Grind coarse (like breadcrumbs).
  2. 30g coffee → 450g water.
  3. Stir gently after 1 min, steep for 4 min total.
  4. Press down slowly, pour immediately.
